Projects in Restorative Wellness
Restorative Wellness Playground projects document the ways movement, culture, dialogue, and restorative practices create meaningful change across communities.
These initiatives span educational workshops, international collaborations, and documentary storytelling. Together they reflect a growing body of work exploring how rhythm, movement, and shared experience help individuals reconnect with themselves and with one another.
Each project represents a moment where communities gathered to explore restorative wellness through practice, conversation, creative expression, and the power of voice and choice.
