Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

Effective Date: February 18, 2026

This policy outlines cancellation and rescheduling terms for Restorative Wellness Playground workshops.

Reserving a Date

A workshop date is reserved and confirmed once the booking purchase is successfully completed through the online invoice/payment link.

Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.
  • RWP will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a reschedule based on availability.
  • If travel has already been booked, travel-related costs may be non-refundable and may be billed to the Client.
  • Rescheduling options apply to confirmed bookings (bookings where booking purchase has been completed).

Cancellations by the Client

If the Client cancels, the following terms apply:

  • 14+ days before the event: refund of payments made minus a reasonable administrative/prep fee (stated on the invoice).
  • 7-13 days before the event: no refund; credit may be issued toward a future date (valid for 12 months).
  • Less than 7 days before the event: no refund. Credit may be offered at RWP’s discretion.

Travel-related costs: If travel has already been booked, travel-related costs may be non-refundable.

Cancellations by RWP

If RWP must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the Client may choose:

  • Reschedule to a mutually agreeable date, or
  • Receive a refund of fees paid for services not delivered (excluding non-refundable travel costs already incurred, if applicable)

Late Start / Overtime

If the session start is delayed due to Client-side logistics, the session may still end at the scheduled time. If the Client requests extended time and RWP is available, additional fees may apply.
