Somatic Movement & Afro-Yoga – Reconnect Through the Body

Release tension, restore mobility, and rediscover joy through culturally rooted movement and rhythmic expression. MOVE is about allowing the body to guide healing.

RESTORE

Many clients begin with GROUND to create stability. Then they open into MOVE to release and reconnect. And deepen through RESTORE to sustain lasting change. This natural progression reflects the RWP philosophy:

      While each pathway has a focus, sessions naturally overlap-because true wellness is interconnected. You may begin with one pathway and blend elements of another as your needs evolve.

            Cancellation Policy

            Life happens.

            Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

            Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, but may be credited once toward a future session.
