Terms of Service

Effective Date: February 18, 2026

These Terms of Service govern the booking and delivery of in-person workshops and related services provided by Restorative Wellness Playground (“RWP”).

Services

RWP provides in-person facilitated workshops for organizations and groups. Offerings may include:

  • Workshop packages (Introductory Circle, Grounding Path, Community Intensive)
  • Add-ons (additional cohorts, optional 1-on-1 sessions, optional on-site psychologist)
  • Pre-workshop planning and logistics coordination

Booking Process

A typical booking process includes:

  1. Inquiry / intake submission
  2. Scheduled call to confirm fit, goals, and logistics
  3. Selection of package, date, location, and cohort count
  4. Issuance of an online invoice and/or payment link to complete your booking purchase

A workshop date is considered reserved and confirmed only when the booking purchase is successfully completed through the online invoice/payment link.

Group Size and Cohorts

Workshops are designed for 5-25 participants per session to protect participation and psychological safety. Larger groups are supported through additional cohorts and/or sessions. Additional cohort pricing, if applicable, will be included on your invoice.

Client Responsibilities

To support a successful workshop, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate participant counts and goals
  • Provide an appropriate space and basic onsite logistics as agreed (chairs, room setup, access, timing)
  • Ensure participants understand participation level is voluntary and that individuals may opt out of any activity at any time

Scope Boundaries

RWP workshops are educational and facilitative in nature. RWP does not provide medical treatment, psychotherapy, legal advice, or crisis services. If you require clinical services, consider the optional on-site psychologist add-on or consult a licensed provider.

Travel and Expenses

If travel is required, travel time and/or travel-related expenses may apply. Any travel terms will be provided prior to booking purchase.

Media and Recordings

Unless explicitly agreed in advance:

  • RWP does not grant permission for recording or distribution of workshop content.
  • Any photography/filming on-site must be approved in advance and must respect participant privacy.

Changes to Scope

Changes to timing, add-ons, cohorts, or structure may affect pricing. Any changes will be reflected on the invoice and may require an updated booking purchase.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
